In the case, you serve meals at your hotel, you need to obtain restaurant business permit.

You need to appoint food sanitation supervisor (  Shokuhin eisei sekininsha  )for each facility.

In order to assume as food sanitation super visor, you need to take a seminar to become a Shokuhin eisei sekininsha.

Or if you have qualification of dietitian = 栄養士, chef =調理師, you can become Shokuhin eisei sekininsha.

In order to provide meals to your guests, there are a lot of matters to be known relating to food sanitation.
You need to obtain restaurant business permit. ( Inshokuten eigyou kyoka )
